How to Use

Kindly shake the canister before use as contents may settle.

Stir, blend or shake 3 Scoops (approx. 25gm) with 250ml of chilled water and 3 scoops of shakemix milk powder, And 1 Scoop of Premium Protein Powder to boost your protein intake.
